CAD/CAM
Using AutoCad, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer and SMP/IS(Merry Mechanizations), ToPs 100 and ToPs 300 our drafting / programming department produces its own drawings from customer sketches as necessary.

Design assistance is available, including the capability to recommend alternate materials, procedures and / or tooling. This will result in more effective design configurations and cost reductions.

Programming for our CNC equipment is done on our CAD/CAM systems. Merry Mechanization® SMP/IS CAD-CAM software for CNC punch programming. IGES, DXF,DWG, SLDPRT, PRT, EPRT, WRML, SAT and MI compatible. AutoDesk's, AUTOCAD® version 2006, Solid Works® 2006.
